IGNOU MA Political Science Course Details

The MA political Science has 64 credits with compulsory and optional courses out of which a candidate needs to select 32 compulsory courses in first year and other optional 32 credits in second year. These 64 credits include subjects like theory and Problems, India:

Democracy and Development, Comparative Politics: Issues and Trends, MPSE (Electives), Public Administration, International Affairs, Indian Politics, Public Relations, Nationalism in India, Major Governments of the World, etc.

NOTE:- DEB ID is mandatory for submission of application. Please create your DEB ID before starting the application process.

• Visit the official website of IGNOU @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in and click on the “New Registration” on the left side of the page.
• Now fill all the required details properly and remember the password. 
• After registration click on the “Registered User Login” on the right side of the page by filling the username, password and captcha. 
• Now after the login process, fill all the and upload all your required documents for the completion of application form.
• Before submitting the application form a candidate should preview the application form for reassurance. 
• Now pay the admission fee via credit card, debit card and internet banking. 
• Now the university will send a mail to your registered mail id confirming the successful submission of the application form.
• The application will be reviewed by the official authority of IGNOU and if selected the candidate will receive a mail on his/her registered mail id to join as a student.
• Also you will receive an enrollment number through mail to check the status of your application form.

• A passport-sized photograph of the candidate
• A scanned signature of the Candidate.
• Candidate Scanned papers of the educational qualifications (as per the eligibility requirements)
