IGNOU MBA in Human Resource Management Course Details
The duration of MBAHM program is 2-year divided into 4 semesters. IGNOU’s MBAHM is approved by the AICTE, enabling the applicants to pursue higher education in a flexible and affordable manner, as the university allows the candidates to take their classes via online mode.
This program also offers 116 credits covering the topics such as: Management Functions and Organisational Processes, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Business Communication, Research Methodology for Management Decisions, Entrepreneurship, Total Quality Management, International Business Management, and many more.
This course is offered by School of Management Studies (SOMS) at IGNOU in English language. IGNOU also provides an option to leave the program only if a candidate completes the 56 credits from 1st year. Also, the university will give Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDIM) after the competition of 56 credits.
