IGNOU Regional Centre Delhi 3: It was established on 27 October 2008. It was built to provide better educational support and services to the individuals of the Gurugram District of Haryana and West Delhi. Dr. Rajender Gujral was the first regional director from 18 December 2008. Currently, the authorized regional director at the RC is Dr. Ashok Sharma.
Delhi 3 RC primarily worked from the Delhi 1 regional centre, located at F-634-636, Palam Extension, Shaheed Ramphal Chowk, near Sector -7 Dwarka, New Delhi 110077. Later in January 2010, it was moved to the new address of the Delhi Library Association Building, Ranganathan Bhawan, Block- C, Community Centre, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi 110028.
The Delhi 3 RC 2 Jail Study Centres, 5 Program Study Centres, 15 Regular learner Centres, and 22 Active student Support Centres. The areas included under the jurisdiction of this regional office are Districts of Mewat and Gurugram, Mansarovar Garden, Mahipalpur, Naraina, Dhaula Kuan, Kapasera, Palam Farms, Palam, Dwarka, Sagarpur, Mahavir Enclave, Najafgarh, Janak Puri
Uttam Nagar, Subhash Nagar, Vikas Puri, Tilangpur Kotla, Tilak Nagar, Moti Nagar, Meera Bagh, Bakarwala, Punjabi Bagh, Peera Garhi, Nangloi Jat, and Mundka. Gurugram and Mewat districts of the State of Haryana, West Delhi, and South West Delhi are the growth and new areas under the supervision of Delhi 3 RC.

Latest Notification Related to IGNOU Delhi 3 Regional Centre
- The IGNOU Delhi 3 Regional Centre will commence the admission procedure at the Delhi 3 regional centre under the July 2025 academic session, students can apply for admission from 12 May 2025*.
- IGNOU Re-registration procedure will start from 5 May 2025 and it will conclude on 30 June 2025 at the Delhi 3 Regional centre for July session.

IGNOU Regional Centre Delhi 3 Admission Updates 2025
The university will commence the IGNOU Admission process on 12 May 2025* at the Delhi 3 regional centre into the July 2025 academic session. Students need to visit the official portal of the university online link @ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. IGNOU Delhi 3 regional centre admission 2025 last date will be 30 June 2025*.
Walk-in admissions will also start at the Delhi 3 regional centre, and candidates have to submit the required documents with a fee to enroll in their desired program. Make sure to understand the process mentioned below, if you are new to this application system.

IGNOU Regional Centre Delhi 3 Admission Process 2025
- Interested students who want to be admitted under Delhi 3 RC, have to open the regional centre website rcdelhi3.ignou.ac.in.
- On the portal, at the upper left side of the page click on “Student Corner” and from there click on “Admission”. This will take you to the next step, click on the “Student Services” option, and at the center-left side of the page, click on “Admissions”.
- Now, click on the format of the course you want to enroll in and directly go to the official webpage ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
- Start with registering on the website. Enter the details like the name of the students, mobile number, email ID, and other details to complete the registration.
- After this, complete the login using the unique initials and click on “Login”.
- Complete the application on the same website, and select the program you wish to learn.
- Submit the documents, such as educational mark sheets, scanned signatures and photographs of the student, category certificate, address and identity proof, and others.
- Lastly, make the payment of INR 300 and complete the application.
