IGNOU 2nd Year Admission 2026 July Session

All the IGNOU students are promoted to the 2nd year of their programs through a process known as re-registration. The IGNOU re-registration process is mandatory for students who have already completed their first year or previous semester and now want to continue their studies. IGNOU usually opens the re-registration portal during the January and July sessions, allowing students to enroll for the next year or semester of their program.

IGNOU Admission Status 2026 July Session

The IGNOU admission status allows applicants to track the progress of their application form after submitting it. The application forms go under a review process at the university in which their submitted documents and information are verified and only then are they notified about the confirmation of their admission. Applicants can check their admission status by logging in to the official IGNOU admission portal using their registered username and password.

IGNOU FLIP Admission 2026

IGNOU conducts admissions for certain limited-seat programs through the FLIP (Fixed Learner Intake Programme) portal. These courses differ from most IGNOU programs in that they do not permit unlimited enrollment. Instead, only a fixed number of seats are available for each academic session, and admission is usually granted based on the applicant’s merit.
